Meetings Overview

October ~   Enroll, Pay for materials, Elect officers, Start a sourdough starter and Talk about what we want to learn for the year.

At this meeting we decided to have a hostess each month that will greet everyone, tell them where to put their things, and where and what we are doing first. They will also be in charge of the game or activity for that month. (the game or activity should be about 15 minutes long) We will go alphabetically, so the first person up will be Caitlyn Baird for November.

We talked about respecting others by paying attention while they are talking, and including everyone in the conversations :>)

We are going to have clean up teams at the end of the meetings and work on notes before we leave for the day. So, we will need to start at 1:00. Have our 15 minute activity, Start our meeting around 1:15, get into our cooking by 1:45 and start clean up by 2:30 to be done by 3:00. If it is a longer cooking time, we might start earlier on those months.

I anticipate a great year. Sue
