Isabella's Realm has two different venders - Isabella and Jennaway.
Isabella is in charge of clothing items, while Jennaway is in charge of Clasps & Jewelry items.
We like to say at the Realm that "one person cannot do it all";
therefore when ordering you will be presented with one
shopping cart for clothing type items, and another for jewelry type items, while the
Website will
keep things straight, you may have to check out twice when purchasing products from both
venders. Next year we are planning an upgrade that will take care of this issue for everyone.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: We prefer payment on-line via PayPal, its safe and
secure, but for orders
(1) Outside the Continental US or
(2) With custom measurements or
(3) Using Gift Certificates, Website Specials or Discounts -
You will want to write down your selection information and use our
Order-by-Mail Form instead of our PayPal shopping cart, which doesn't allow for these
special exceptions.
Q: Can I Order by Phone?
A: Yes, right now as we open up our new website we are taking orders by phone.

Q: What about Shipping and Handling?
A:
We ship to anywhere in the Continental US using our Website shopping cart.
For orders shipped outside the US, and military addresses, please use our Order-by-Mail Form
button, and leave your shipping and grand total entries blank, and
we will calculate your shipping and total. Our shipping fees include handling, insurance,
delivery confirmation and tracking.
Jewelry Items:
Most orders for our jewelry items are shipped from stock and should arrive anywhere
in the US in under 1 week. When items are not in stock delivery normally runs no more
than 2 to 3 weeks.
Clothing & Fabric Items:
For our fabric items please allow up to 1 to 2 weeks during non-holidays and low
volume seasons - times can vary due to fabric availability, time of year, and prior
orders pending.
In the case of holidays please allow up to 4 weeks.
You may request specific delivery information at time your order is placed.
You will be notified if there is some delay in processing your order.

It is our desire to keep shipping charges low for our customers so we have developed

Q: Do you do custom ordering for cloaks and other clothing items?
A: Yes we do - some of our clothing items are
by custom order only as indicated, because at least
one measurement must be supplied by the customer for a proper fit. Other items state standard
size and measurements, but if you should you require some deviation from the standard sizes as
indicated, then Email us for a custom order on that item.
Q: Do you give any kind of a discount?
A: Yes. For an order of 2 or more cloaks, we take $20.00 of the cost of each cloak and
offer free shipping to one address. See our Specials page for all
current discounts & Specials being offered.
Q: What about alterations?
A: We do not do alterations.
However, basic alterations to our clothing items are easily made.
We offer various styles of cloak clasps. To change or
replace a clasp is simple, just like changing a button - a couple of snips and sew the new
one on. You may also use one of our beautiful broaches or clip-on clasps for fastening
your cloak or decorating other items such as purses and belts.
Length & Arm slits - Hemming a clothing item or adding arm
slits to a cloak or cape is easily done -
if you do not sew, then contact your local dry-cleaner for alterations in your area.
